Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented


An experienced Energy Engineer with knowledge in the Energy Engineering process (HVAC, Controls, Lightings, Water & Renewable Energy) responsible to develop ECMs / FIMs, energy calculation for ROI, create energy solutions proposals which includes financial task involved during detailed solution development of Energy offerings, other responsibilities.


  • Conducting site walkthrough audits and field observations, collecting energy efficiency data, and analyzing the process of energy efficiency, calculating Energy Use Intensity (EUI) (ASHRAE Level 1 Audit).
  • Inspect energy System for HVAC, Controls, Lighting systems to determine energy use or potential energy savings, also identify high energy consumption sources and design, develop, and recommend various ECMs / FIMs.
  • Gather and understand key project parameters such as operating hours/pattern, energy consumption, temperature, system operating characteristics etc. through site measurements. Investigate, Analyze and document probable ECMs / FIMs (Conduction detailed Audits (ASHRAE Level2).
  • Conduct detailed engineering analysis including baseline profiles and energy upgrades analysis. Development of ECMs, specifications, Bill of quantities and Sequence of operation, and prepare and present technical content, proposals, analysis, and Energy calculations (ASHRAE Level 3 Audits).
  • Prepare technocommercial offers, provide sales team technical assistance and guidance.
  • Identify shortfalls in the current ongoing & existing projects and mitigate the associated risks. Participate in review for Engineering analysis and project costing, and various facets of energy auditing, energy calculations and generating detailed energy reports regarding savings opportunities.
- . Draft client proposal as a byproduct of cost/benefits analysis, and technical review and analysis as it relates to benefit and cost analysis.
- arrange quotations from Vendors / sub-contractors, estimating in-house product costs and estimating cost for engineering, labor, and project management cost.

  • Take initiative to understand, learn and test existing and new energy savings technologies and calculate and analyze the energy savings they create.

Required Qualification:
-

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Energy Engineering.
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in Energy Performance contracts / Energy Solutions projects
  • Energy Auditing experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to details.
  • Knowledge Facility Management processes followed in the building industry.

Preferred:
-

  • Certification in CEM/CEA/CMVP.
