    Overview

    We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior IT Staff Augmentation Sales professional responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IT staffing and augmentation services. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the technology sector and a proven track record in selling outsourced IT talent and workforce solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT staff augmentation services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, startups, and technology companies.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
    • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
    Client Relationship Management
    • Understand client technical hiring needs and workforce challenges.
    • Provide customized staffing solutions aligned with client business objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor for workforce planning and talent strategy.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    Market & Industry Engagement
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client hiring demands.
    • Identify emerging technology skill requirements and staffing opportunities.
    • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
    Internal Collaboration
    • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful candidate placements.
    • Provide detailed client requirements and feedback to sourcing teams.
    • Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Revenue and sales target achievement
    • New client acquisition rate
    • Client retention and satisfaction
    • Pipeline growth and conversion ratio
    • Contract value and renewal success
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing, staff augmentation, or technology services sales.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Existing network of technology hiring decision-makers in Qatar
    • Experience working with offshore, nearshore, or remote staffing models.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
    • Experience selling to enterprise-level clients.
