Providing health advice and promoting healthy meal options based on nutritional needs and dietary assessments during the general menu development process;
Advising customers on special meal options in relation to nutritional and allergen requirements to assure compliance with dietary requirements;
Analysing nutritional content of meals, special and regular, if and when required;
Ensuring meal labelling adheres to local and international labelling standards and regulations;
Contributing new ideas for menu development and identifying gaps in current menu options;
