Business Head/ Clinic Manager" to join our team in Qatar.


First Response Healthcare Center LLC (FRHC) Qatar, is part of the First Response Healthcare LLC a JCI-Accredited Doctor on Call, Home Healthcare and Ambulance service provider, headquartered in Dubai, UAE.

He/ She will be responsible for the below role:


JOB SUMMARY:

This position is management position and reports to CEO/ corporate office directly

Key responsibilities are:

  • To build the business plan & budgets in coordination with the corporate office and ensure the timely execution.
  • Responsible for center profitability and growth in terms of revenue and brand image
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic, including supervising staff, managing patient flow, and ensuring highquality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with medical staff and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and effective communication.
  • Collect and monitor business unit KPI's in line with the vision of the company.
  • Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase patient volume and revenue.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate staff, including developing training programs and providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure highquality performance.
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct review meetings on periodic basis as defined by Corporate HR.
  • Monitor and analyze patient feedback and satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address concerns.
  • Ensure that medical records are accurately maintained and secure, and that patient confidentiality is protected.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional clinic culture that values teamwork, respect, and excellence.
  • Continuously evaluate clinic operations and make recommendations for improvements in efficiency, quality, and patient experience.
  • Ensure upkeep and maintenance of the facility for smooth operations and compliance.
  • Maintain and procure consumables, equipment, and medications as per the business requirement.
  • Coordinate with corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Quality, IT, and other management teams for clear alignment of company's vision and operations.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:


  • Strong background in Healthcare Management including regulatory compliance, financial management, and patient care.
  • Leadership and Management skills including the ability to motivate and supervise staff, make strategic decisions, and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Highly Customerfocused with excellent customer service skills, including the ability to interact, handle concerns and complaints in a professional & compassionate manner.
  • Business Acumen including financial management, budgeting, and marketing.
  • Strong awareness of Qatar's healthcare and hospitality market and ability to generate leads.

Additional Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree / MBA
  • Atleast 5+ years of relevant experience. Hands on experience of Independently handling business vertical.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Should be highly proficient in English (Professional) / Arabic
  • Multiple Language will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in clinics in an added advantage.
