Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee the security team, ensuring all staff are properly trained and following protocols.
  • Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
  • Monitor security systems, such as CCTV, alarms, and access control, to identify and respond to any potential threats or breaches.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage the scheduling and assignment of security staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents, training, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Facilities, to address security concerns and implement solutions.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest security technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve security measures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on security procedures, emergency response, and crisis management.
  • Minimum with High School Diploma and a Bachelor's Degree qualification is a plus
  • Experience in similar role in a large organization or companies
  • Valid QID and transferrable Visa, willing to join immediately
