- Oversee contractor activities during the Project, which includes all aspects of Onshore and offshore Electrical System Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities in Qatar to ensure flawless handover process of project from construction to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning and Start-Up by ensuring the facility and all its components are built and installed according to the design, intent and function as agreed in project specifications. Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent. Knowledge and/or Experience
- 10 years' systems completion experience/commissioning in the oil and gas industry with exposure to a major projects environment in the oil and gas industry.
- Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning experience for Electrical systems.
- Deep understanding/knowledge in reading P&IDs, SLDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings.
- Experience in major EPC Contractors and fabrication activities at fabrication yards
- Implementation of commissioning plan.
- System Completion Software (preferable WinPCS).
- Knowledge of Offshore Project's terminology.
- Offshore experience (an advantage).
