Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive training sessions in CFM, PMP, Supply Chain Management, CIPS, and CPP courses.

Having PMI certification and CIPS charter will be considered an added advantage.

You will work closely with our clients and learners to ensure the effective transfer of knowledge and the achievement of learning objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions in CFM, PMP, Supply Chain Management, CIPS, and CPP courses, following established curriculum and materials.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge retention.
  • Adapt training techniques and delivery methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to learners, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the training process.
  • Assess learner progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation methods.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in CFM, PMP, Supply Chain, CIPS, and CPP domains, incorporating relevant updates into the training content.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and improve existing training materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and evaluation results.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development as a trainer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Strong expertise and practical experience in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Supply Chain Management, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), and Certified Protection Professional (CPP) domains.
  • PMI certification (PMP or other relevant certifications) preferred.
  • CIPS charter will be considered an added advantage.
  • Proven experience delivering training programs or workshops to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish rapport with learners and create a positive learning environment.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
From QAR4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
