Develop and implement cost control procedures and policies to monitor and manage expenses across the organization.- Analyze financial data, including budgets, expenditures, and revenue, to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on cost performance, budget utilization, and financial forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads and project managers to establish and monitor project budgets, identifying costsaving opportunities and potential risks.
- Review procurement processes and contracts to ensure costeffectiveness and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and cost analyses to identify inefficiencies, discrepancies, and areas for cost reduction or optimization.
- Recommend and implement costsaving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and inventory costing methods to minimize inventory holding costs and optimize inventory turnover.
