Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage facility operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Implement and enforce safety and quality standards across all facilities and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, costeffectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver FM services accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Oversee facility maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and procurement processes to support operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in FM operations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, with a focus on operational management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of FM software, maintenance procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Professional certifications in Facilities Management or related areas are a plus.
