- Provide advice and direction tothe Qatar Air Force and contractor personnel on the operation,maintenance and repair of F110-GE-129 engines and interface systemsas appropriate for the F15 aircraft
- Provideinterpretation of data and technical instructions
- Provide on the job training to maintenance personnel on maintenanceand operating techniques pertaining to adjustment, calibration,troubleshooting, bench check, routine maintenance, inspection, andrepair of the GE engines.
- Provide guidance andinstruction in the use of associated authorized GE special toolsand test equipment
- Provide guidance to maintenancepersonnel by identifying needed training Programs
- Emphasize safety precautions during training
- Provideguidance to the customers on the installation of GE enginemodifications and assistance in interpretation of other technicalinstructions
- Collate, analyze and report in-servicefield data to GE Aviation Project Engineering, for use in safety,reliability trending and component improvement development
- Assist maintenance personnel in the processing offailure data and defect reports in accordance with standardcustomer reporting procedures
- Relay relevant informationto customers that may be available from GE or other internationaloperators on field issues or improvements
- Providetechnical guidance to customer aircrew relevant to the operation ofGE engines
- Assist customer personnel in maintenanceplanning / forecasting and provide liaison to the customers inprocessing components for repair or deeper maintenance
- Provide analysis results of any maintenance difficulties and advisecustomers of any changes to maintenance, inspection and trainingprograms, which may improve the quality, efficiency andeffectiveness of maintenance
- Required to workunsupervised, remotely from headquarters, responsible for personalworkload, travel and budget with unyielding compliance andintegrity
- Travel to both foreign and domestic locationsas required in support of the customer
