Experience:
Min 10 years


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law or any related field.

Must have professional training certificate related to law or legal.

Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure they are legally sound and protect the organization's interests.
  • Manage legal disputes, litigation, and claims involving the organization, including liaising with external legal counsel and representing the organization in legal proceedings.
  • Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings, corporate filings, and compliance with corporate governance standards and best practices.
  • Identify legal risks and vulnerabilities that may affect the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote ethical conduct within the organization.
  • Protect the organization's intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
  • Provide training and education to staff on legal matters, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security laws and regulations, and respond to data breaches or privacy incidents.
