The OCC Duty Manager is accountable for the day to day management of the department and the performance of the staff within OCC.
+Accountabilities:
- Lead and Manage the OCC Team, to achieve operational integrity of the schedule, full SOP compliance, within operation and ensuring sound decision making processes are employed.
- Manage and ensure satisfactory balance of On Time Performance (OTP), interdependency and customer service in line with QACC business goals.
