    Key Result Areas:

    Contribute to enhancingpartnerships framework and strategy for the Center and supportengagement with partners to identify areas of collaboration andyearly activations.

    Assist the Policy and Partnerships Manager withthe development of policy framework and enhance the policy agendaof the Center. Identify local and regional key policy stakeholdersand supports the Policy and Partnerships Manager in engaging withthe stakeholders.

    Support Policy and Partnerships Manager indesigning and delivering training programs promoting participationand representation of women in education, workforce, society, andother key areas of representation.

    Perform qualitative andquantitative data collection and analysis, including desk researchand field work.

    Collect data for the monitoring and evaluation planto track performance of policy, partnerships and capacity buildingprograms that align within the overall impact framework of theCenter.

    Assist the Policy and Partnerships Manager in creating andauthoring annual impact reports to highlight work of theCenter.
