- Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service
- Greet, check inand settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards arefollowed
- Maintain accurate records of dailytransactions and cash handling, which includes currency exchangeand balancing a float

- Follow department policies,procedures and service standards
- Performs anyand all other tasks assigned bymanagement
- Upholds the highest standard ofinternal and external customer service at all times
- Proficient in the English Language(verbal & written), second language is anasset
- Previous experience and knowledge ofProperty Manager is an asset
- Required knowledgeof Windows' Office Suite
- Must be ableto handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment
- Ability to focus attention on guestneeds, remaining calm and courteous at alltimes.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solvingabilities
- Able to stand for long periods, atleast 8 hours per shift
