    JOBDESCRIPTION:

    Mechanical Engineer to join our teamIn this role you will get to conduct and support thedelivery of complete mechanical designs such as HVAC Public Health& Fire protection system across disciplineprojects.

    What YoullBe Doing:

    • Carry outcomplete Mechanical Plumbing & Firefighting disciplinedesigns to required standards and quality.
    • Carry out mechanical design for treatment plants andpumping stations to PWA standards and quality as and when assignedby the team lead.
    • Coordination with otherDiscipline Engineers as applicable.
    • Coordinatewith BIM/CAD Technicians concerning project requirements andtimelines.
    • Ensure statutory and regulatoryrequirements are met in all designs.
    • Supportthe project submittals and No Objection Certificates (NOC) processto the relevant Authorities.
    • Stay updated withrelevant technical developments within the discipline.
    • Understand the contract and scope of projectdeliverables.
    • Ensure that Health &Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with companypolicies.
    • Provide regular work status updatesincluding risks or concerns to Seniors or MEP manager.
    • Attend and contribute to team and project meetings asrequired.
    • Complete accurate time sheets by setdeadline.

    What RequiredSkills Youll Bring:

    • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalentqualification.
    • At least 710 years of overallexperience.
    • Extensive experience in designdevelopment.
    • Advanced proficiency in relevantsoftware including AutoCAD BIM/Revit HAP Elite etc.
    • Must have thorough knowledge of industry practices andregulations.
    • Excellent written and oralcommunication.
    • Extensive experience inDoha/Qatar is highlypreferred.
