    Job Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope goals deliverables timelines resources and budget requirements.
    • Team Leadership: Lead a team of project managers and other staff members providing guidance support and motivation to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently including personnel budget equipment and materials to meet project objectives and deadlines.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders including clients team members senior management and external partners.
    • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and organizational requirements.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress track key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track and within scope.
    • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope schedule and resources assessing the impact and communicating adjustments to stakeholders.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans status reports meeting minutes and other relevant records.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices implementation to enhance project management effectiveness and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies tools and techniques with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
    • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals while fostering collaboration and teamwork.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate project requirements issues and status updates to diverse audiences (ARABIC and ENGLISH).
    • ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
    • Risk Management: Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks including risk assessment contingency planning and risk response strategies.
    • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels including clients team members vendors and senior management.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements priorities and environments while maintaining focus on project objectives and deliverables.
    • Certifications: Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent credentials in project management.
