- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope goals deliverables timelines resources and budget requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of project managers and other staff members providing guidance support and motivation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently including personnel budget equipment and materials to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders including clients team members senior management and external partners.

- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies tools and techniques with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals while fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate project requirements issues and status updates to diverse audiences (ARABIC and ENGLISH).
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Risk Management: Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks including risk assessment contingency planning and risk response strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels including clients team members vendors and senior management.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements priorities and environments while maintaining focus on project objectives and deliverables.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent credentials in project management.
