- Source and attract qualified candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Arabic and English to assess candidates' language proficiency, cultural fit, and suitability for the role, ensuring effective communication.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job descriptions to extending offers, providing a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a solid foundation for understanding recruitment principles.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on Arabic-speaking candidates, demonstrating proven expertise.
- Native Arabic speaker
- English, fluency both written and spoken, is a must-have for effective communication.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, showcasing your skills.
