You'll work across a variety of clients to assist them withtheir deal needs including:

strategy and transaction advisory (duediligence and valuations) for domestic and cross borderM&A, divestitures and spin-offs, capital marketstransactions like IPOs, as well as business restructurings,including bankruptcies and forensic services.

In addition, we workon capital projects including mega projects and provideinfrastructure and government advice.

You shouldalso be:

• A recent or final-year undergraduate on trackfor a 3.5 GPA or equivalent in a STEM or Business-related degreesubject area
• Fluent in English with a preference fornative Arabic language skills (spoken and written) During theprogramme, we'll help you to develop your clientmanagement, problem solving, analytical thinking and presentationskills, so it's important that you're willing andkeen to learn and drive your own development. Our programmewon't just help you build the practical experience neededto develop a successful career but will also give you theopportunity to complete a professional qualification during yourjourney, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Associationof Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Associate CharteredAccountant (ACA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
