    JobPurpose:

    In the role of BusinessDevelopment Manager you will be a strategic partner for clients.From day one you will use your expertise and experience to provideinput into discussions for creating a business impact in theregional offshore industry.

    You will identify andaddress client needs and make sure to meet them with the greatservice which company is known for. Your work will include workingclosely together with various company stakeholders including thoseresponsible for operations and business development. This role isinitially based at our Qatar office. Please note that depending onhow the business might develop in the future relocation within theGCC might be applicable for this role after a period of time at ourregional head office in Lusail(Qatar).

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifyingand prioritising leads and building strong relationships within theentire sales cycle
    • Reporting progress on youropportunities and projects via actionable Customer Visit Reports(CVRs) in our CRM system
    • Serving client needsby participating in tenders and creating fittingproposals
    • Realising predetermined sales targetsin your specific region or marketsegments
    • Collaborating with other stakeholdersin and outside of company to deliver the quality of service ourclients expect from us
    • After closing a dealcontinuing to work with the Operations department to ensure clientneeds are fully met during the projectlifecycle

    Requirements:

    • PreferredBSc or MSc degree with a focus on either Business and/orEngineering
    • Demonstrable experience of 5 yearsof which 3 years within sales or business developmentroles
    • A strong background in an offshore and/ormarine industry
    • An affinity (or background)with technology and offshore services andequipment
    • Experience with bringing newtechnology and innovations tomarket
    • Willingness to travel (average 12 weeksper month) as often as required
    • Ability todemonstrate at interview stage evidence of sales skills (trackrecord) in a technical environment
    • Office 365and CRM skills to meet the needs of this dynamicrole
