We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced
Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our business.


Principal Job Accountabilities

  • Understand the market, customers, competitors and other stakeholders to identify business needs and growth opportunities, and develop appropriate sales strategies
  • Conduct joint sales calls with the sales team to secure and expand business
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify upsell opportunities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting targets and goals
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue impact and leverage internal resources
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and investment proposals

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Contract Logistics
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Driving license
