    • Should be familiar with localAuthorities and regulations (Building permits, Building CompletionCertificate hand over process etc.)
    • Must be conversantwith multiple core activities performed as a part of FacilitiesManagement.
    • Should have ability to assess the risks andperform/ influence decisions related to FM.
    • Should haveability to liaise with Governmental authorities for and on behalfof Barwa
    • Should have ability to receive and respond toexecutive management instructions and delegate work, set cleardirection to the employees.
    • Should have excellentcommunications skills with tact and patience (verbal as well aswritten) for dealing with Employees of all grades as well as withLocal Authorities
    • Should have capacity to respond toemergency situations by performing the duties assigned incompliance with company procedures as well as governmentregulations.
    • Should have ability to lead teammulticultural employees.
    • Managerial skills - Ability todelegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strongmentoring and coaching skills.
