Oversee, plan and maintain all operational and enhancement aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, HR, SCM)

  • Working collaboratively with THE ORGANIZATION stakeholders to implement and leverage MS Dynamics 365 using best development and implementation methodologies.
  • Supervise solution design and architecture components.
  • Participate in Dynamics 365 implementations throughout all project stages including analysis, design, development, test, and support.
  • Understand D365 technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Machine Learning, etc.
  • Implement business requirements into MS D365 ERP solutions. Customize/Enhance MS D365 ERP system as per client requests.
  • Design and develop artifacts in Dynamics36
  • Create, design, and modify different reports in Dynamic 36
  • Perform reporting and presentation to management as needed. Become proficient in software solutions and ISVs (3rd party tools) as directed.
  • Perform unit tests and adhere to the best practices and coding standards. Test code to ensure that it works properly within the system.
  • Supervise process and functional design activities.
  • Perform on job training and support for all technical and nontechnical users for MS D365 ERP Ensure the quality of solution deliverable is as per design. Managing the quality of deliverables throughout the project life cycle. Conduct project reviews to ensure compliance with project goals.

Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect (preferred) Experience /Skills 7 years plus Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 ERP and its functional configurations (F&O, HR, SCM).


  • Good knowledge and experience in design, development, unit tests in Dynamics 365. Experience with Microsoft D365 environment. Good knowledge and experience in frameworks, design patterns, development tools. Experience in analysis, design, development and testing of enterprise scale apps.
  • Fluency in the process of Implementation Methodology. Understanding how to implement solutions with multiple data sources. Extensive Experience in Dynamics 365 administration and development. Good experience of using Data management Framework and entities.
  • Good experience in writing SQL queries and indexes. Experienced in using LCS, DevOps and Visual Studio. Experience with ISV solutions. Good understanding of best practices and coding standards.
  • Experience in

Microsoft Azure:
SQL on Azure, Web Apps, AppFabric and Service fabric. Experience in Business Analysis and Process Mapping. Experience with end user stories and customer journeys. Experience with Agile methodology / Scrum master. Excellent Project Management Experience.

  • Experience with Process Improvement/Management. Must be well versed with documentation best practices. Experience in software integrations, software development and engineering. Excellent Communication skills.
  • Data analysis skills A thorough understanding of Coding and Developmental Standards. Excellent capability in developing wellstructured plans Excellent reporting and presentations skills
