What will I bedoing?

As a Lobby Ambassador,you will provide consistently-delivered exceptional customerservice to Guests, especially as service affects laundry and thetransferring and storing of luggage. The Luggage Porter interactswith Guests and contributes to the first impressions of our Guestsand, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the higheststandards:

• Ensure laundrysupport is provided when required, complete with all wash cycles,folding and storage
• Offer consistent, highstandard service and assistance to Guests and maintain a lobbypresence that offers courteous and attentiveservice
• Ensure that individual customers andGroups receive fast, efficient and friendlyservice
