HOTEL SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

  • Telesales / telemarketing
  • Setting and attending appointments in promoting the hotel for potential corporate clients
  • Deal with the guests and provide customers with quotations
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals with companies
  • Gather market information and provide feedback on current market status
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Catering to the needs of the existing corporate clients while offering the highest levels of customer service to maximize sales at all times
  • Manages sales department making sure that sales executives are doing well in sales and marketing
  • Keen to achieving the TARGET
To be considered for this role it is essential that:

  • You have an excellent English communication skills and ARABIC speaking is a plus
  • Very well presented with good interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales and Marketing
  • Knowledge in HOTEL OPERA SYSTEM is a plus
  • Strong personality, confident, patient and can work under pressure especially on sales target
  • Preferably 26-30 years old with pleasing personality
  • MUST HAVE QID - IMPORTANT
  • Transferring the sponsorship is minimum 60 days for the probationary period
  • Willing to work longer hours to do lots of researching and market assessments

Salary package:
to be discussed on the final interview + attractive commission based on total sales for the 2 hotels and 1 residential property


Salary:
From QAR4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)


Language:


  • English (preferred)
