Female Sales Representative for Skincare and Cosmetics Products is required for Lusail Pharma WLL,

Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
You will be required to be focused on establishing new sales channels and increasing sales revenue for beauty products, with a monthly target that typically includes:

Prospecting and lead generation:

  • Identify potential sales leads and target markets for beauty products.
  • Research and build a database of potential customers and clients.

Sales Channel Development:

  • Identify and establish new sales channels to reach a broader audience, which may include online marketplaces, retailers, salons, or distributors.
  • Negotiate and establish partnerships with new sales outlets, both online and offline.
  • Create strategies to expand the brand's presence in the market.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the beauty products being sold, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Be able to communicate this knowledge effectively to potential customers and clients.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and customers.
  • Highlight the unique selling points of the beauty products and how they meet the customer's needs.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Establish a reputation as a trusted advisor in the beauty industry.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients or sales outlets.
  • Close sales deals and secure contracts with customers, retailers, or distributors.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Set and work towards monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
  • Use market research to adapt sales strategies and product offerings.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales channel development efforts.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress.

Customer Support:

  • Provide aftersales support and address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Marketing and Management Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and management team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Participate in trade shows, product launches, and marketing events.

Compliance and Ethics:

  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in sales and business practices.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and guidelines.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and product development teams to achieve common goals.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Seek feedback from customers, partners, and colleagues to continuously improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Salary:
QAR4, QAR8,000.00 per month


Experience:
