• Provide area specific forecasts and report projects status.
• Manage multiple bids and perform as liaison betweenestimating team and VP.
• Revise estimates and implementrequired changes.
• Maintain client relations by beinglead contact of proposal for client.
• Monitor and ensurebid format meet clients standards.
• Evaluate CustomerRequest for Tender/Bid/Quotation documents.
• Identify andlearn customer requirements for bid purposes.
• Coordinatebid inputs from all organizational departments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to receive input on pricing onlabor, materials and other costs.
