• Build and execute social mediastrategy through competitive research, platform determination,benchmarking, messaging and audienceidentification
• Generate, edit, publish andshare daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) thatbuilds meaningful connections and encourages community members totake action
• Set up and optimize company pageswithin each platform to increase the visibility ofcompany's social content
• Moderate alluser-generated content in line with the moderation policy for eachcommunity
• Create editorial calendars andsyndication schedules
• Continuously improve bycapturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,insights and best practices, and then acting on theinformation
• Collaborate with other departments(customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify keyplayers and coordinate actions
