Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcomeguests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to theirseats and present menus to them
• Take customer orders andcommunicate them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks tothe guests
• Ensure that guests have a pleasant dining experienceby providing excellent customer service
• Address any guestcomplaints or concerns, and provide satisfactory solutions to them
• Clean tables and dining area after guests leave
• Ensure highcleanliness standards in the restaurant
• Process payments andhandle cash accurately
• Upsell menu items and promotions toguests

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevantexperience as a Waiter/Waitress Good communication and persuasionskills Friendly and professional personality High level ofattention to detail Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Excellent multitasking and timemanagement capabilities. Knowledge of menu offerings, specials and promotional deals Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Salary Range:
The Waiter/Waitress position at Souq Waqif BoutiqueHotels pays between 25 and 40 Qatari riyals per hour, depending onexperience
