- Lead and guide various Raytheon and IOT Implementation Teams.
- Develop and review of Estimate at Completion (EAC)s aswell as development and support of AOP / Five Year Planningactivities.
- Implementation and maintenance of EarnedValue Management.
- Provide monthly variance and dataanalysis.
- Develop and support QuarterlyEstimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate(LRE) development.
- Establish and maintain program logs(MR, UB, BCRs, etc.).
- Provide financial guidance toProgram Managers, IPT Lead(s), and Cost Account Managers (CAMs).
- Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis / reporting,funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standardcompany resources and processes.
- Knowledge of FinancialPlanning & Analysis (FP&A) concepts, systems, andprocesses
- Monitor and adjust overhead rates, as well asbillings and invoicing.
- Review financial reports,presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to ensure adequate financial controls thatprovide a balance between finance and operational goals. BasicQualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor'sand a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an AdvanceDegree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years'experience.
- Experience with Program Controls.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secretsecurity clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a securityclearance. Preferred Qualifications
- Earned ValueManagement Systems (EVMS) certified.
- Experience withinterpreting and providing guidance on FAR / DFAR.
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process.
- Experiencewith production and/or operations.
- Proficient withMicrosoft Excel.
- Proficient with APEX / SAP / PRISM.
- Excellent professional communication skills (Verbal andWritten).
- Ability to multitask across a variety of tasksand work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability toprovide program planning and control guidance.
- Abilityto summarize, package, and present information to all levels of theorganization as well as implement primary details with the financeteam.
- Ability to multi-task and be able to support adynamic team environment.

In this role you will collaborate withkey stakeholders within the Program Office, Engineering, SupplyChain and IPT Lead(s) providing the team with financial management,insight, and results to better facilitate the program needs.
Youwill lead the stakeholders of cost control, Earned Value ManagementSystem (EVMS) compliance, financial forecasting, and overallfinancial implementation of the NASAMS programs.
In addition, youwill provide support to all in-country programs and the LandedCompany, Raytheon Doha. This Hybrid position will report to theFinance Senior Manager, Raytheon Doha.
