- Regulate temperature ofovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
- Pullfood from freezer storage to thaw in therefrigerator.

- Maintain foodlogs.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of foodthat is prepared.
- Communicate assistance neededduring busy periods. Inform Chef of excess food items for use indaily specials. Inform Food & Beverage service staff ofmenu specials and out of stock menuitems.
