    Maintaining dining reservation usingdining reservation system and updating patrons preferences& history.

    Upkeep of the menus in an impeccablemanner ensuring there is no spelling nor grammatical mistakes andfree of marks To coordinate and assist in service according toservice standards.

    To ensure a very high standard of service is heldand maintain at all times.
    To communicate with Supervisors,Assistant Manager of all issues concerning the outlet.
    To be awareof Hotel standards & policies.

    To feel empowered andaccountable within the work placeKeep manager on duty updated ofany guest feedback so they can update the Glitch ReportMaintainsthe HACCP & FIFO standards as required by the regionalgoverning bodyFollow Hotel Evacuation Policy in case of anEmergencyAttend all necessary briefings and training sessions asinstructed by the ManagerHandle financial procedures according toguidelines set by the finance departmentIdentify potential problemsand anticipate guest needs, ask for assistance before servicebreakdown occursPerform any duties and special projects asrequested by management whether in your own department or any otherdepartment in the hotelAll issues and negative guest feedbacksneeds to be properly reported on glitch systemFollow care programat all times, and report issues through the system to maintenanceTocarry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities asassigned.
