For a customer in Doha, Qatar we are looking for an experienced executive to lead the medical organization of a 350-bed-hospital with 200+ physicians and 10 clinical departments.

The organization needs:

• a highly skilled physician with >20 years of experience.
• operational leadership experience, either as CMO ('Ärztlicher Direktor/in') or Head of Department in a mid- to large hospital in Germany.
• >5 years administrative experience, proven ability to provide structure, a passion for operational excellence and value-based healthcare
• a curious leader with a high degree of self-organization, excellent English communication skills, culturally open-hearted and a hands-on mentality
• a savy representative of the hospital internally as well as externally with relevant stakeholders (e.g. ministry, and the broader medical community in Qatar and the region)
• a CMO with a vision for a modern integrated in- and out-patients-serving medical provider
