As a Property Listing Agent, your primary role is to assist property owners in effectively marketing and selling their real estate properties.

You will be responsible for getting property listings to the company, coordinating marketing efforts, conducting property viewings, and facilitating negotiations with potential clients.

Your expertise in the local real estate market and your dedication to client satisfaction are crucial to achieving successful outcomes for both property owners and buyers.


Key Responsibilities:

Listing Preparation: Collaborate with property owners to gather all necessary information and documentation required for creating accurate and appealing property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and relevant property data.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with property owners to provide updates on listing activity, feedback from potential clients, and market trends, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the selling process.

Property Management: Gather all the necessary information to ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, and facilitating communication between all parties involved to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess property values, identify market trends, and provide informed recommendations to property owners regarding pricing strategies and listing optimizations.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, earning their trust and confidence through exceptional service and results, and fostering long-term partnerships for future business opportunities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid real estate license in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or property management, with a focus on property listing and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for listing management, marketing, and transaction coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.

Additional Requirements:


  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules and property showings.
  • Reliable transportation for attending property viewings and meetings with clients.

Salary:
QAR4, QAR4,500.00 per month
