Spa Therapist (Moroccan Hammam Specialist)

• Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products.
• Offer body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before starting service.
• Stay updated on current techniques and modalities in the field.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Arrange workstation, treatment room, and drapes.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and security throughout the service.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings.
• Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools.
• Keep workstation and treatment room clean, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to the time schedule throughout the day.
• Handle inappropriate guest behavior following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain current skills and licensure as per regional requirements.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate their needs, and thank them with appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, and moving objects.
• Other duties as requested by Supervisors.
