• Manage overall operations of thespa
• Manage and carry out procedures, have currentknowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply withcurrent legislation and company standards
• Ensure clientexperience is proficient including bookings, payments, andconsultation cards
• Managing spa team members and beautytherapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high qualityservice and ongoing development
• Drive team to meet andexceed agreed revenue targets through a creative approach todelivering alternative programmes to core fitness-based schemes
• Meeting department annual budget and be accountable formaintaining and operating within financial targets as well as netmovement
• Manage customer feedback effectively to ensurecontinuous service and programme improvement
• Instillbrand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis
• Liaise with other hotel departments
• Ensurecustomers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalisedservice from all team members
• Respond to audits toensure continual improvement is achieved
• Maintainawareness of department security related to cash, stock andequipment and ensure all department procedures are followed
