Job Scope:


As the Store Operations Manager, you provide general oversight for different areas of retail management to achieve optimum business potential.

You are the role model that reflects the company's values, promoting ALSULAIMAN JEWELLERS and employer of choice.

  • Managing daily operations such as hiring and training employees, scheduling shifts, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Communicating with vendors to identify new trends in jewelry styles and materials.
  • Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring that all merchandise is priced accurately and appropriately labeled.
  • Providing customers with product knowledge and advice on jewelry selection in order to help them make informed buying decisions.
  • Establishing and enforcing rules and policies regarding employee conduct and store operations in order to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with the law.
  • Maintaining relationships with other businesses, including other manufacturers, suppliers, and gemologists, to keep up with industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborates with other branch managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
  • Assists with startup, development, and growth of new branches as needed.
  • Performs a variety of duties personally and/or supervises employees performing duties. Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
  • Prepares or directs workers preparing merchandise displays and advertising copy. Performs sales work, takes inventories, reconciles cash with sales receipts, keeps operating records, and/or prepares daily record of transactions.
  • Responsible for all the back of house operations including but not limited to merchandising, processing of new receipts, signing, execution of sales, merchandise movement, execution of markdowns and return to vendor merchandise & dock management.
  • Plan and execute business initiatives to ensure sales lead generation and profitability.
  • Ensure merchandise management is properly implemented based on the company's standards.
  • Manage activities and performance of subordinates, which includes work allocation, output monitoring, and problem resolution. Evaluates performance and provide recommendations for personnel actions.
  • Implement proper inventory management and coordinate with the merchandising department to ensure stock availability.
  • Drives the store sales targets by creating innovative programs and marketing campaigns based on the local competitive market trend.
  • Manage store resources and implement costefficient strategies, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Create productivity reports to monitor progress and provide informed decisions on business development.

Job Requirements:


  • Has at least 4 years solid experience in store/branch management
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
    :

  • Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to strategize and plan.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, willing to work during weekends.
- willing to be assigned within Pasig or Mandaluyong branches.

Open to applicants who are based in Doha only

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
