    Our Client has been established since 2014,Since then it has developed rapidly specialized in ConstructionIndustry. They are looking for Qatar Branch Senior Mechanical SiteEngineer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managedirectly and provides engineering and technical supports to all theElectrical works groups at site.
    • Act astechnical adviser at site for subcontractors, crafts people andoperatives.
    • Check plans, drawings andquantities for accuracy of calculations.
    • Prepare as built drawings.
    • Interpretconstruction drawings and studies the contract documents andapplicable standards or specifications prior to execution of anyjobs.
    • Oversee the electrical work plan andcoordinate with other trades (civil, electrical, etc.) forcompletion of the work and to avoid clashes.
    • Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approvedconstruction drawings, contract documents, project specifications,and all applicable standards whether local, national orinternational standards.
    • Estimate, prepare andassign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables,equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and relatedworks prior to execution.
    • Day-to-daymanagement of the site, including supervising and monitoring thesite labor force and the work.
    • Superviseensuring quality control, health and safety matters onsite.
    • Submit site daily reports, inspectionrequests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports onregular basis or as required and deliver them to SiteManager.
    • Resolve any unexpected technicaldifficulties and other problems that mayarise.
    • Ensure timely material delivery on siteto avoid interruption of the work.
    • Responsiblefor proper material/equipment storage and handling to avoid damageor theft.
    • Attend meetings with mechanicaldepartment to keep them updated.
    • Responsiblefor selecting new candidates in coordination with TenderingManager.
