What will I bedoing?

As the General Manager,you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to thehighest standards:

• Recognize Hilton's brandculture and live Hilton's values by example everyday.
• Lead the hotel to achieve the keyperformance indicators, including but not limited to manage ongoingprofitability of your hotel, ensuring earnings and revenue, teammember and guest satisfaction targets are met andexceeded.
• Make annual / quarterly / monthlybudget, forecast and work plan, implementing themeffectively.
• Lead in all key property issuesincluding capital projects, customer service, andrefurbishment.
