• Respond and attend to guest repairrequests.
• Communicate with guests/customers toresolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventivemaintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment,including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visuallyinspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Carryequipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate allshut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs forbuildings.
• Maintain maintenance inventory andrequisition parts and supplies asneeded.
• Communicate each day s activities andproblems that occur to the other shifts using approvedcommunication programs andstandards.
