    • Checks and reviews the plans andspecifications for the proper construction and qualityimplementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure thatall installed materials are within the standard in conformance toapplicable drawings and specs
    • Performs civiland structural inspections and tests, such as soil compaction,moisture content, aggregation, graduation, concrete slump, airentrainment, concrete compression, lines and grades surveys, bolttorques, and concrete coring.
    • Interprets designplans and specifications to verify the work installed and performedin accordance with the contractdocuments
    • Produces activity reports asnecessary to ensure that all QC activities have beenfulfilled.
    • Performs surveillance of undergroundpiping to ensure tightness, bedding, andgrade.
    • Inspects and monitors pilinginstallation to ensure location andbearing.
    • Validates piping systems, includingP&ID checks and hydraulic or other pressuretests.
    • Provides general inspection on allconstruction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professionalworkmanship.
    • Participates in the development ofquality control reports and procedures as requested by theConstruction QA/QC Manager
    • Performs otherresponsibilities associated with this position as may beappropriate.
