What will I bedoing?

As the Floor Supervisor,you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to thehighest standards:

• Responsible for the highest standardof cleaning on assigned floors and guestrooms during yourshift.
• Work closely with the front desk team toensure correct room status at all times.
• Ensureguest privacy is respected when DND status isdisplayed.
• Supervise the turndownservice.
• Responsible for strict keycontrol.
• Regularly inspect guest floorcorridors and public areas.
• Report maintenanceissues promptly to Engineering.
