Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical / Metallurgical.
  • LEEA Part 1 certification.
  • IRCA Certified ISO 9001-Lead Auditor desired
  • Inspection certification in CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector or equivalent, ASNT/PCN Level II in Radiography, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle and penetrant testing or equivalent, BGAS/NACE Painting Inspector level II or equivalent desired.
Experience & Technical Skills

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience QA/QC and Inspection of Materials & Equipment out of which minimum 6 years' experience in Oil & Gas industry as supervisory capacity. Shall have a minimum of Five (5) years has been spent in inspection and certification of Lifting Equipment.
  • Should be able read and interpret drawings, data sheets and specifications.
  • Shall have thorough knowledge in relevant international standards, specifications of API, ASME, ISO, NEMA, IEEE, IEC, BASEEFA, ATEX, ANSI, ASTM, TEMA, BS etc.
  • Shall be familiar with international LE and FPE standards and codes for inspection, testing and certification.
  • Good command on English language, Computer literacy in appropriate software's (MS Office suite) & SAP
  • Good analytical skills to resolve technical discrepancy. Shall have good interpersonal, technical report writing and communication skills and multi-disciplinary technical knowledge and inspection experience.
  • Should have valid Qatar Driving License
  • Capability to understand and follow international safety standard followed in Oil & Gas industry. IOSH certificate Managing Safely or equivalent is mandatorily required prior to start working with company.
