    • Evaluate the airport'sproperty portfolio on a regular basis and ensure that it isoptimized and well maintained.
    • Implement accountmanagement strategy/initiatives and develop strong relationshipwith the existing property customers.
    • Create strongworking relationship with other internal and external stakeholders
    • Identify creative opportunities to generatenon-traditional commercial and property income sources

    Operational:

    • Shall be responsible in working closelywith line manager for the upkeep and maintenance of database andrevenue & non-revenue contacts associated to thedepartment. This includes and not limited to managing thedepartment's periodical reports, database upload into theERP system, property space audits & compliance report,contract / lease overviews, financial report, layout plans, etc.
    • Provide end-to-end specialized technical support foractivities related to the department ensuring tasks are carried outbased on approved time horizon – e.g. develop scenarios,project timeline, feasibility study, proposal for propertyallocation for Senior Leadership's approval, etc
    • Ensuring all departmental execution action plans arecarried in accordance to with MATAR and overall QR Group financial,operational objectives and KPIs
    • Entrusted to improvisethe department's "Landlord and Customer /Client / Stakeholder" relationship matrix.
    • Shall be the department's focal point for activitiesrelated to property or space handover – for existingproperty, newly constructed & commissioned properties andfacilities located within the HIA campus.
    • Uphold andimprovise MATAR's stakeholder relationship.
    • Support the line manager in closing out key-accounts and assignedprojects with objective to maximize customer / client / stakeholdersatisfaction and maximize MATAR's commercial revenue.
    • Take lead in conducting periodical compliance inspectionand audits of the real estate / facility / spaces (tenantable andnon-tenantable) across the HIA campus.
    • Prepare, draftand provide review of contractual documents (including renewals)such as draft term sheets, draft tenancy / lease / license /concession agreements based on approved and updated formats.
    • Contract management – schedule, plan andexecute timely submission and data entry of all property contractsupdates into ERP system.
    • Shall be required to supportline manager in preparation of periodical reports, financialreporting and lease overviews for Senior Leadership team as perdirected and guided by line manager

    Qualifications About you:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferably inBusiness Administration / Property Management / Facility Management/ Airport Commercial Management / Project Management.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of job-related experience preferablyspecializing in Airport Commercial / Airport Leasing / Airport orReal Estate Property Management / Airport or Real Estate FacilityManagement works associated with administrative / commercialmanagement in an international airport.
