Influence stakeholder groups to gain support and commitment.

Maintain the status of the project portfolio on the Enterprise Portfolio Management platform.

Conduct business analysis, define scope, and secure agreement on project plans.

Develop technical design documents and communicate project plans, budget forecasts, and schedules.

Monitor IT project expenditure and maintain documentation as per applicable procedures.
