- Lead and perform overall business processanalysis and recommend the improvement and automation opportunitiesin order to re-design the business process as to achieve moreefficient results and operational effectiveness and excellence ofthe Finance & Planning Directorate. Lead systemimplementation initiatives within Finance & PlanningDirectorate and act as a bridge between Finance & PlanningDirectorate and ICT-SAP in the support of system changes,improvements and automation initiatives.
- Advise on theadequacy of financial systems and system authorisation controls toensure that an adequate financial systems / system controls are inplace to facilitate accounting for and reporting on the financialand accounting transactions. Education - Graduate in Accountingwith post-graduation is preferred. - A recognized professionalqualification (ACCA or CPA) is adding advantage. - SAP Training orQualification / Certification is adding advantage. Experience& Skills - At least twelve (12) years' experiencein Financial Systems set-up with adequate exposure to SAP ERP andSAP systems controls preferably within Oil & Gas Industry.- At least five (5) years within major oil company. - Analyticalskills (SWOT and GAP) Analysis. - Organizational and TimeManagement / Project Management. - Problem solving, innovative andcomplex accounting and financial issue. - Communication andpresentation skills
