PositionDescription:
Consult with clientson current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications,system changes and enhancements and ongoing systemmaintenance
Provideimplementation process leadership for client workgroups
Complete complexfull-system solution build and maintain accountability for buildquality score and follow upactions
Navigate across venuesto resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate whenappropriate to solution and engagementleadership
Develop and executecomplex test plan and test script execution and follow changemanagement process for newdefects
Establish bestpractices for knowledge transfer and process improvement Assumevenue coaching responsibility for otherassociates
