Job Summary Develop lesson plans and themesin line with curriculum objectives specific for teaching SEN(Special Education Needs) subjects at Elementary grade levels.

Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. Usecomputers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and materials tosupplement presentations. Adapt teaching methods and instructionalmaterials to meet the varying needs and interests of students.
Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with studentsand organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.
Meeting with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors andadministrators to resolve any possible behavioural or academicproblems. Attend professional development workshops and educationalconferences to maintain and improve professional competence.
Establish and enforce rules for class management and studentbehaviour. Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments toevaluate student progress. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in SEN (Special Education Needs) from a recognizedUniversity (From the UK preferred)
• Teaching License From

One Of The Following Countries:
UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA andScandinavian countries (due to Visa restrictions)

• Mustbe Native English speaker or near
• Must have excellentclassroom management skills and able to deal effectively withstudent behaviour issues Required Experience
• Minimum 2years teaching experience in SEN at an Elementary grade level
• Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able towork in a continuously changing environment
