We are seeking an extraordinary PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE
to join the team of this upmarket coffee shop and Roastery. You will be responsible for crafting exquisite pastries and desserts that are not only visually stunning but also tantalize the taste buds.

:


  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or a similar role in a reputable kitchen.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification with a focus on pastry arts.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking principles, and dessert presentation.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced kitchen environment

Key Responsibilities

:


Pastry Preparation

:


  • Execute the preparation of a diverse range of pastries and desserts in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure precise measurements and accurate ingredient proportions.

Baking and Presentation

:


  • Oversee the baking process to achieve our standard optimal taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Pay meticulous attention to the presentation of pastries, maintaining high visual standards.

Quality Control

:


  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the consistency and excellence of all pastry offerings.
  • Address and rectify any issues or inconsistencies promptly.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

:


  • Maintain a clean and organized pastry station, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of pastry equipment.

Inventory Management

:


  • Monitor and manage pastry ingredients and supplies.
  • Assist in inventory control to minimize waste and ensure efficient production.
