Job Descriptions:


Responsibilities:


Housekeeping Operations Management:
Assist the Housekeeping Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of the housekeeping department.

Oversee and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in alignment with Wyndham Brand Standards.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.


Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership and guidance to the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback.


Operational Efficiency:
Utilize Opera PMS software to manage room assignments, track housekeeping status, and coordinate guest requests effectively.
Collaborate with Front Office and other relevant departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.
Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory levels, ensuring cost-effective usage.


Quality Assurance and Brand Standards:
Uphold and enforce Wyndham Brand Standards, ensuring that all housekeeping processes align with the brand's guidelines and values.
Conduct regular audits to maintain consistent service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.


Guest Satisfaction:
Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met to enhance their overall experience.
Strive to exceed guest expectations by maintaining a well-kept and welcoming environment.


Health and Safety Compliance:


Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for both employees and guests.

Train staff on safety procedures and emergency protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping operations within the hospitality industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Local experience within the Doha, Qatar hospitality market is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Opera PMS software is essential.
Familiarity with Wyndham Brand Standards and guidelines is required.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
