Quality management during execution of major offshore oil & gas projects, including platform fabrication and offshore pipelines. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Senior Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.2) or Welding Engineer (IWE) or equivalent NDE Certification Min 12 years experience in execution of major offshore oil & gas projects, with 8 years in senior quality control position of offshore pipelines

Responsible for implementing the project quality management program and ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor's quality management system on Riser Platforms and Infield Pipelines project.

Develop and implement a
Procurement Surveillance Plan for all procured equipment and materials Reviewing and approving Vendors Inspection & Test Plans, quality control procedures and testing procedures Ensuring the provision of inspection resources using (Project) approved Third Party Inspection Service (TPIS) agencies to conduct vendor surveillance inspections Ensure that inspection records are maintained in a procurement database Actively participate in:
Quality Audit Program to confirm that project activities are conducted in accordance with agreed plans
Lessons Learned process to continuously capture quality learnings from project activities and to use them to develop and optimise process or specification improvements
Issues and Risks Management to ensure that quality related issues and risks are captured and treated promptly and effectively Maintain interfaces, including with: Execution teams to ensure that quality issues are identified and resolved promptly and effectively Welding & NDT Lead to ensure that welding related quality issues are identified, communicated and rectifie
